The School Evaluation Form (SEF) is a tool for Oaklands to evaluate our school's provision. Through an internal school process of continual reflection and review, it gives us a means of systematically looking at how pupils learn and how we teach, helping us to plan and improve. As a school, we are constantly celebrating the ways in which we make a difference, and also considering ways in which we can further improve outcomes for our learners. From this document, the key priorities for improvement have been identified and used to form our 2023-2024 School Improvement Plan.
