Beavers took part in our Easter story for the assembly, some of the children had main roles and speaking parts. They enjoyed taking part in Easter activities and sequenced the Easter story.

The children enjoyed looking a variety of different toys and really engaged with the different toys from our ‘Travelling toy box’ Workshop.

Winning and losing

We focused on the story ‘Hamilton Hats’ looking at his determination, patience and bravery. The children spoke about time about how they felt like that. We looked at making prediction in stories and how characters are feeling.

Summer Term 2018

We will be covering the following topics:

  • Transport
  • Going to the park

We are looking forward to going on school trips this term to the farm to go on a tractor ride and to the park.

We have PE on Friday mornings so please send your child in with a PE kit on that day.

Beavers have drumming with a drumming teacher on Tuesday mornings.
